Part of the Canards West experience is the group dinner. Every year we have a caterer provide a scrumptious meal we can all enjoy together. It is a great time to converse with fellow canardians.

Since the airport club house will be closed due to Covid-19, this year's dinner will at a local restaurant:

The cost is $25 which covers the meal plus all af the miscellaneous expenses for the event.

Each combination is served with their homemade rice and beans and a non-alcoholic drink. Choose any two Dinner items or One Giant Salad Item from the list below for a delicious dinner that is just right for you!

1-Burrito

A flour tortilla filled with your choice of steak, chicken, pork or beans and cheese. Steak and chicken include tomatoes and green sauce.

2-Enchilada

A corn tortilla filled with your choice of cheese, steak, chicken or pork, with onions and topped with melted cheese and red and green sauce. Sour cream is included with green sauce enchiladas. Flour available upon request.

3-Quesadilla

A flour tortilla filled with melted jack cheese and your choice of steak, chicken or pork.

4-Taco

A corn tortilla lightly fired, filled with your choice of steak, chicken or pork, green sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, purple cabbage and cheese. Flour available upon request.

5-Chile Relleno

A mild green pepper filed with jack cheese, dipped in a light egg batter, deep fried and topped with more cheese and red or green sauce.

6-Taquito

A rolled corn tortilla filled with steak or chicken, deep fried and topped with green sauce, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes and purple cabbage, and served on a bed of lettuce. Flour available upon request.

7-Sope

A deep fried masa bowl filled with beans, your choice of steak, chicken or pork, green sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, purple cabbage and cheese.

8-Tamale

A homemade carnitas tamale topped with your choice of red or green sauce and sprinkled with cheese.

9-Tostada

A crispy corn tortilla topped with beans, your choice of steak, chicken or pork, green sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, purple cabbage and cheese. Flour available upon request.
