Dinner

Part of the Canards West experience is the group dinner. Every year we have a caterer provide a scrumptious meal we can all enjoy together. It is a great time to converse with fellow canardians.

The dinner is scheduled to be in the Club House on Saturday evening at 6 pm.

The charge for this meal is $35 which covers all the expenses for the event.

Menu for 2017

• Garden salad with a House-made Ranch and Italian Vinaigrette
• Slow smoked beef brisket or grilled chicken with:
• Carmelized Onions
• Charred Jalapeno
• Sweet and Spicy Honey Bourbon Barbeque Sauce
• Seasonal Grilled Vegetables
• Ranch style pinto beans
• Skillet cornbread bar with your choice of:
  • Honey Corn
  • Jalapeno
  • Bacon Cheddar
• Dessert: Brownies and Blondies
