Program Description

"The Life History of a Subaru Cozy"

By Keith Spreuer

If you think you have had setbacks being your own mechanic, you will relate to this short history of Keith Spreuer's well known Subaru powered Cozy IV. Hopefully you will be inspired to that not all is lost even when it seems to be the case.

"The Total Rehab of a Crashed Cozy"

By Don Berlin

Shortly after take-off the engine of a Cozy IV stopped, and the plane was 'deposited' in the Arizona desert. Don Berlin bought it and hauled the carcass to KRYN where he resurrected the plane in a three year process. But wait, there's more!

"Adventures with Charley"

By Charley Bretana

Fortunately Charley Bretana is an experienced F-4 driver. Upon purchase in Oregon his Long EZ adventure began. And, he’s here to tell you about it.

"FAA Paperwork"

By Marc Zeitlin

Many of the original builders are selling and many are purchasing completed aircraft. Marc Zeitlin will describe howe we can LEGALLY make the transfer. Also, many are purchasing injured birds which will need another 'paperwork trail' to leagal status.
